Purpose of This Site
This site is an informational resource for procurement officers, agency representatives, and prime contractors evaluating LoudWrks as a supplier. It does not constitute an offer to sell, a binding price, or a guarantee of availability. All transactions are subject to a separately executed quote, purchase order, or contract.
Eligibility
LoudWrks supplies law enforcement, federal and state agencies, military buyers, qualified private security operators, and licensed dealers. Products are not offered for direct sale to consumers or unqualified buyers. By submitting an RFQ, you represent that you are authorized to procure on behalf of the agency or organization identified.
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep capability descriptions, certifications, and contract pathway information current. Specifications, lead times, pricing, and inventory are subject to change without notice. Information on this site is not warranted as complete or error-free, and any binding commitments are made only through a written quote or contract.
Export and Compliance
Certain products and technical information may be subject to U.S. export controls, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Public-facing pages are not intended to convey controlled technical data. Sales, deliveries, and disclosures are conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and where relevant, international law.
Intellectual Property
The LoudWrks name, marks, capability designations (including MK-series identifiers), copy, and original visual design are the property of LoudWrks and its parent organization. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LoudWrks is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from this site shall be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.
